SHIPPING RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

We know that quilters and sewists want to buy fabric - not postage - so we are committed to keeping our mailing costs as low as possible. 

Our standard is to have your orders in the mail within three (3) business days; this timeline may be longer when volumes are high during big sales or other promotions.

Your purchase will be sent by Canada Post with an expected delivery between 3-7 days for most locations across Canada. During peak season (e.g., Christmas), Canada Post often advises deliveries may take longer. This is beyond our control, so please consider this when placing your order.

USA
Your purchase will be sent by Canada Post and delivery times will vary depending on customs processing times, but typically take between 5 and 14 business days.

All US are sent using Canada Post Expedited Package service (includes tracking) for $18.95 CAD

International
Unfortunately, prohibitive shipping costs don't allow us to establish a single bulk rate for international shipping. If you would like to place an order please contact us  and we will provide you with an exact shipping quote in order to be fair to both you and ourselves. Thank you.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Studio 39 Fabrics cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We will work with the shipper to track packages, but no refunds will be issued and goods will not be re-shipped.

Canada Post provides $100 of insurance coverage for orders sent via Expedited Package. Additional insurance can be purchased; please see the options available at checkout. If you do not purchase additional insurance and your package is lost, the maximum possible reimbursement will be $100. This applies to orders that qualify for free shipping; an insurance option is available.

Returns

We want happy customers. If we have made an error, we will make things right. Please reach out and we will work with you to solve the problem. Please note that monitors and devices vary; the colour you see on your screen may differ from the actual fabric. We are happy to provide colour matching suggestions before you order to help minimize potential disappointment. Please contact us if you would like assistance in this way.

Returns will be accepted provided you let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. Once a return has been confirmed the items must be received by Studio 39 Fabrics within 14 days. Cut fabric, pre-cuts, thread, and notions can be refunded if all of the following conditions are met:
  • Goods are unused, unwashed, and any packaging is intact
  • Goods are returned in the same condition as sent (not stained or damaged)
  • Goods are returned in the original packaging they were sent in
Patterns, books, and Clearance items are not refundable. Once we have received the items and all conditions (specified above) have been met we will process the return. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return postage to Studio 39 Fabrics is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

We hope you understand; having a policy like this in place allows us to re-sell the fabric and make returns a viable service option to offer. Sale items cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
