Q: How much is shipping?

We offer a flat-rate of $12.95 on all orders with a value up to $249.99. For orders over $250, shipping is free.

Q: How long will it take to receive my items?

Our standard is to have your orders in the mail within three (3) business days; this timeline may be longer when volumes are high during big sales or other promotions. Your purchase will be sent by Canada Post with an expected delivery between 3-7 days for most locations across Canada. During peak season (e.g., Christmas), Canada Post often advises deliveries may take longer.

Q: Do you accept returns?

Returns will be accepted provided you let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. Once a return has been confirmed the items must be received by Studio 39 Fabrics within 14 days. To read more about the requirements for returns and refunds, please consult our Shipping & Refund Policies page.

Q: Online fabrics are available in 1/4 yards. Can I order more?

Yes! There is an option to input how many units of the fabrics you would like to order. Simply divide the total yardage you would like by 1/4 to find the number of units needed. (Ex: Erica needs 2 yards of a specific fabric, so she divides 2 by 0.25. The answer is 8, so she inputs 8 units!)
